No. The new neighbourhood close to Boundary Bay will be buffered with an existing greenbelt and new public park. Other than at 3rd Avenue, there will be no new road connecting the new neighbourhood to Boundary Bay. The new neighbourhood centre will be an amenity for those living in Boundary Bay.
