Responsibility to Tsawwassen
Century Group supports those citizens that formed the Southlands Community Planning Team to create a vision for a new Tsawwassen.
They want a better place for their elder parents, for their grown children and for their young children. We’ve addressed their concerns about falling school enrolment, traffic, housing for seniors and young families, retention of good farmland, and how to simply make the larger community a more fun and interesting place to live.
Southlands is an opportunity for the community to shape change for the future of Tsawwassen. Century Group’s transparent and inclusive planning process welcomes local involvement as a catalyst for how our community will change.
