Status of Application to Delta

An application to the Corporation of Delta for an Official Community Plan (OCP) amendment was made in March 2009. Century Group provided information on three planning options for Southlands. The information allowed municipal staff, the Mayor and Council to determine if there is general merit in the planning principles we have put forth.

The Tsawwassen Area Plan (the operative section of the OCP) is under review. During this process, we need your support in the shaping of the working plan for Southlands as part of the process toward the future of our community.
